In this episode, Michael meets with Odell Brewing Company owner Dave Odell — a craft beer pioneer who shows Michael the ins and outs of both the brewery and barrel tasting. Michael tries his hand at making Odell’s best-selling Odell IPA. He also helps bake beer-flavored cupcakes and pairs them with a variety of Odell’s best brews, with results that surprise those who taste them.
