Heart disease is the number one killer in America. As February and Heart Health Awareness Month comes to an end, we want each and every one of you to be sure to ‘remember your heart’ not just this month, but each day in the year to come.

Join us on February 28th at 8pm EST for a special Twitter party to “Remember Your Heart.” We will be joined by a representative from the American Heart Association, as well as heart disease survivor and Spokesperson for Go Red for Women and Go Red Por Tu Corazón Migdalia Rivera, whose family history with heart disease and high cholesterol made her alter both her and her family’s lifestyle.
