The National Onion Association is a resource for everyone who has ever encountered an onion. At the NOA website, you’ll find recipes and tips on how to serve the onion for any meal, in any season, and at any gathering. You’ll also find dietary information, and tips on how to best slice, dice, store and handle this humble vegetable. The NOA has represented growers, shippers, brokers, and commercial representatives of the U.S. onion industry for more than 100 years.

A member of one the oldest and most historic brewing families in the U.S., John currently sits on the Board of Directors at Straub Brewery, Inc.
